Following an utmostly simple navigation path, every client can find the information they need. For deposit estimation, we implemented interactive calculators.
Research led us to the conclusion that most banking websites make it difficult for users to find any information. We determined 4 groups of target audience for whom the website presents services: natural persons, corporate clients, small/mid-market business, and private banking.
Developers applied modern responsive techniques, letting phone and tablet users find all the needed information with desktop quickness.
