Solution

Created positioning, estate identity, detailed website, outdoor advertising banners, Google AdWords and Yandex.Direct advertisement campaigns, and integrated an analytics system.

Opposing the widespread idea of capturing every visitor's contacts at any cost, the primary conversion action we aim the consumers to perform is to open the flat preview page. The unique selling point is formed above the fold on the intro screen, including a time limit and a call to action.
